Returns

Return requests can be made via our online return portal below. Please have your order number handy. Your return request must meet the guidelines outlined below. Amanda Uprichard reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements.

All orders must be returned unworn, and with all security ribbons in tact and hangtag labels still affixed or you will not receive a refund.

What's your return policy?

We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original shipping date. We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original hangtags attached, security ribbon in tact and that is unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund. Any items that show signs of wear or are without a hangtag affixed and security ribbon not in tact will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from customer service, they will be returned to the customer immediately, and a restocking fee will apply. Non-returnable items include: Damaged items, items missing tags, items with security ribbon severed or unattached, sale items, gifted orders, and special orders. All items must be returned in original condition with tags and security ribbon intact . Each garment is inspected upon return. If the item appears to be damaged or worn, the refund will not be processed. Protective face masks and hair accessories are also final sale. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the United States in order to be eligible for the free return ground shipping.

We cannot accept returns from Puerto Rico.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive an item damaged, you must contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

How do I place a return?

We're sorry you didn't love your Amanda Uprichard item. We're happy to help you return your item. We require that you send them back in the AU packaging within 14 days of the original shipping date – Merchandise must be returned in their original condition, including all tags attached, and not worn, altered, or damaged. We can accept items back for store credit within 21 days of the original shipping date.

ALL RETURNS MUST GO THROUGH OUR RETURN PORTALHERE.

Once we receive your item, our team inspects the garment for signs of wear including deodorant stains, makeup stains, broken zippers, tears, and other damages. You will be contacted if your return does not pass the inspection.

How do I place an international return?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns from International orders at this time

What is your holiday return policy?

Any orders placed during December 1st through December 31st are eligible for a full refund if your return is processed through Loop within 30 days of ship date. To process your return,click HERE. All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met). Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company.

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at service@amandauprichard.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Amanda Uprichard you ordered! For returns, AU will credit the credit card or other payment method used for your original purchase with the amount you actually paid for your purchased items including taxes and ground shipping. If you used a Promotional Item to pay for part of your purchase you will not be given credit for the promotional amount. Sale items

Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. 

Stockist orders

Returns to Amanda Uprichard are for items purchased via the Amanda Uprichard website only. Each stockist has its own returns policy. Please get in touchwith the retailer directly for this information before making a purchase.

What if I used a promo code?

If you used a Promotional Item code to pay for part of your purchase, you will not be given credit for the promotional amount. If you have questions or issues regarding returns, please email us at service@amandauprichard.com

What do I do if I received a wrong product?

I missed the return window! Can you make an exception?

Unfortunately we are unable to make an exception. We have a short return window as we like our product to reflect the current season. We always want to give you the newest products and this helps us maintain our inventory levels.
